MembershipTerms
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Membership Terms apply when you subscribe to, use, restore, or manage Kids.Day membership benefits.
1. Scope
By subscribing, restoring a purchase, or using membership benefits, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Membership Terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe to or use the membership service.
2. Membership and Subscription Period
Kids.Day membership benefits may include access to curated stories, continuously updated content, ad-free reading, and member-only content as shown in the app. The exact benefits, accessible content, subscription period, and price are subject to the purchase page and the App Store payment confirmation page.
Some benefits may require a signed-in account, network access, an active App Store subscription, or a supported version of the app.
3. Auto-Renewal and Billing
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it will renew automatically and be charged to your Apple ID account unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The actual billing time, amount, taxes, exchange rates, and payment result are determined by Apple.
Kids.Day does not directly store your bank card or Apple ID payment credentials.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your Apple account subscription settings. After cancellation, you may continue using membership benefits until the end of the paid period; benefits will stop after the period ends.
Deleting the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Please cancel through Apple's subscription management tools.
5. Refunds
Refunds for purchases and subscriptions completed through the App Store are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. If you believe a charge is incorrect, you may submit a request through Apple's official refund channels.
Kids.Day may reasonably assist in checking membership status, but cannot directly promise, approve, or issue refunds for App Store orders.
6. Use of Benefits
Membership benefits are for reasonable, non-commercial use by you or family members under your supervision. You may not transfer, rent, sell, monetize account sharing, or use automation, circumvention, reverse engineering, or similar methods to access content or services.
If misuse causes account, benefit, or content restrictions, Kids.Day may take action in accordance with applicable laws and platform rules.
7. Use by Minors
Kids.Day is designed for children's reading scenarios. Minors should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using membership services or making subscription purchases, and should use the service under guardian supervision.
Guardians are responsible for managing devices, Apple ID access, payment methods, screen time, and content choices.
8. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
Kids.Day may update content and features over time, and may adjust membership benefits, content scope, or service format due to copyright, compliance, technical maintenance, third-party services, system upgrades, or similar reasons.
We aim to keep the service stable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through in-app prompts, page descriptions, or other appropriate methods.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kids.Day is not liable beyond legally required limits for losses caused by force majeure, network issues, device failures, operating system or App Store service errors, third-party service changes, improper management of user accounts or payment information, or other causes outside Kids.Day's reasonable control.
This section does not exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
10. Contact Us
If you have questions about membership services, subscription status, benefit activation, or these terms, please contact us through the in-app feedback entry or by emailing support@talelens.com. We will handle your request within a reasonable time.
