1. Scope

By accessing or using Kids.Day, you agree to these Terms. If you use Kids.Day on behalf of a child or family member, you confirm that you are responsible for supervising that use and managing account, device, and purchase settings.

2. Use of the Service

Kids.Day provides digital reading and learning content for personal, non-commercial family use. You must use the app, website, backend services, account features, and reading content lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt, abuse, or interfere with the service.

3. Accounts and Sign-In

Some features require an account, Apple sign-in, Google sign-in, or an active membership. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods and devices secure. Parents or legal guardians should create and manage accounts, subscriptions, content choices, and support requests for children who use Kids.Day.

4. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store. Prices, billing periods, renewal details, trial availability, cancellation, and payment confirmation are shown in the App Store purchase flow before you confirm a purchase.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the user's Apple account settings before the current billing period ends. Deleting the app or signing out of Kids.Day does not cancel an App Store subscription. Kids.Day uses App Store subscription status to unlock membership features.

5. Content and License

Kids.Day content is licensed for reasonable personal and family use. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, sell, modify, publicly display, or use Kids.Day content for commercial purposes unless we provide written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not bypass membership, payment, account, or access controls.
• Do not upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
• Do not interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the service.
• Do not use automated tools to extract content or overload the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or misuse Kids.Day systems except where applicable law permits it.

7. Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Kids.Day as we improve the service, maintain security, update content, comply with platform requirements, or respond to legal or technical needs. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

Kids.Day is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee that every feature, content item, purchase sync, or network connection will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Kids.Day changes. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, this website, or another appropriate channel. Continued use of Kids.Day after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
