These Terms of Service describe the rules for using KidsDay, including the iOS app, reading content, account features, and subscription services.

Use of the Service

KidsDay provides digital reading and learning content for personal and family use. Users must use the service lawfully and must not disrupt, copy, reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the app, website, backend services, or reading content.

Accounts

Some features require an account, third-party sign-in, or an active subscription. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Parents or legal guardians should create and manage accounts and purchases for children who use KidsDay.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store. Subscription price, renewal period, cancellation, refund, and billing management are handled by Apple and the user's Apple account settings. KidsDay uses App Store subscription status to unlock membership features.

Subscription prices, renewal periods, trial availability, and other purchase terms are shown in the App Store purchase flow before confirmation. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the user's Apple account settings before the current billing period ends.

Content

KidsDay content is licensed for personal, non-commercial family use. Users may not copy, redistribute, scrape, sell, modify, or publicly display KidsDay content unless we provide written permission.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to bypass membership, payment, or access controls.
  • Do not use KidsDay to upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful or harmful material.
  • Do not interfere with security, availability, or operation of the service.
  • Do not use automated tools to extract content or overload the service.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of KidsDay as we improve the service, maintain security, or comply with legal and platform requirements.

Disclaimer

KidsDay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that every feature, content item, or connection will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as KidsDay changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
